Refund Policy

1. Setup Fee
TechFlow charges a one-time setup fee of $147, which covers account configuration, phone number provisioning, and AI assistant setup. The setup fee is not charged during the free trial — it is billed together with your first monthly invoice after the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, the setup fee is never charged. Once billed, the setup fee is non-refundable.
2. Monthly Subscription
Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard and you will retain access through the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused days.
3. Trial Period
All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged for your monthly subscription until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged the monthly fee.
Note: Nothing is charged during the trial. Your first invoice — issued after the trial ends — includes the one-time $147 setup fee and your first monthly subscription payment.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge:
- Email: support@techflow.cloud
- Include your account email and the reason for the request.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method. The net amount (after Stripe's processing fee) will be refunded.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 7 days after the charge.
- Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Monthly subscription fees after the trial period has ended.
